My name is Cody Flick. I am a sound designer/editor with a passion for video games.
I received a Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Santa Cruz, majoring in Film and Digital Media, with a minor in Electronic Music. While studying in college, I was introduced to the program Max/MSP and fell in love immediately. Programming has been a hobby of mine, and the harmonious marriage of it and sound, in an approachable graphical interface has really propelled my passion for audio programming as a part of my sound design. Recently, I have begun to experiment with the possibilities of using Max and Pure Data as a sound engine for Unity.
I have been playing video games my whole life. I enjoy most any game in its own right, but my favorite genres are RPG and RTS. Some of my favorite titles are Chrono Trigger/Cross, Earthbound, League of Legends and Starcraft. Making sounds for video games is a dream come true for me.
